Creatine Review

Creatine is a compound formed in protein metabolism and present in much living tissue. It is involved in the supply of energy for muscular contraction. First of all i'd live to disprove the common myth that creatine comes with many negative side effects however A review of creatine for exercise performance found that creatine seems to pose no health risks and may boost performance in those who are performing max reps or sprints. Creatine can improve muscle strength, muscle size, and muscle power, making it a must-have supplement for serious athletes. There is a lot of mixed research on creatine’s ability to improve muscle strength," the government website says. "However, analyses of this research show that creatine seems to modestly improve upper body strength and lower body strength in both younger and older adults. Usually the most common way people will take creatine is to start off with a loading phase which is designed to fully saturate the muscle's stores of creatine, then move onto a maintenance phase where you will lower the dose to keep levels where they need to be. I've used creatine for a while now and i have noticed that i have made more progress while using creatine than before when i was not using it. Therefore, i would recommend starting to use it as it may lead to faster results and improve strength.
